Block 41 – Downtown Seattle’s Newest Event Venue.

Contemporary cool deftly blends with vintage industrial chic in this inviting new gathering space crafted from a 1927 former ice warehouse. Massive old-growth beams, board-formed concrete walls and exposed structural steel blend with new state-of-the-art lighting, A.V. and climate control systems throughout the venue’s spacious interior. 

Block 41 is a thoughtfully and thoroughly repurposed building offering two new fully equipped prep kitchens, new restrooms, and an elegant green room. Three separate interior spaces on two levels and an outdoor landscaped courtyard can be rented individually or combined to accommodate over 800 guests.   

Brimming with character and conveniently located in Seattle’s popular Belltown neighborhood, Block 41 is the ideal venue for weddings, corporate events, conferences, music recitals, live auctions, fundraisers and photo shoots.
